We do not want to manage too many apartments or work in areas very far apart so we can give our clients the high quality attention they deserve. We will take care of your apartment as if it was one of ours. We have 10 years of experience in the Netherlands, Portugal and Brazil with our own properties, and now we want to expand that service to other people.
We actively monitor prices with AI and set yours for the best possible outcome. Not last season's rate left sitting. The price this apartment should be asking, adjusted as demand moves. That is how we get you the best results on your investment.
We always try to receive our guests personally and show them around the place. As a welcome gift we leave a bottle of wine, some coffee for the morning, pads to wash dishes and clothes, shampoo and conditioner. That goodwill is why the reviews tend to come in higher.
Receiving customers, cleaning, washing the bed linen and towels, restocking what ran out, and fixing broken things in the house before the next guest arrives. We offer a full service product, from the welcome to the turnover, that will get you those high review scores.
We are Edwin and Fabi. Edwin is Dutch, Fabi is Brazilian, and we have been married for more than 18 years. For the last three years we have called Lisbon home. We love to travel, and we love to receive people the way we like to be received.
